What this website sets
BalanceIQ does not set any cookies of its own on this website, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools.
There is one small item of browser storage. After you send a message through the contact form, the website saves a short-lived note in your browser's session storage (named contact_throttle_until). It stops the form being sent twice by accident for about 30 seconds. It does not identify you, it is not shared with anyone, and your browser removes it when you close the tab.
Third-party services
Cloudflare Turnstile: when the contact form's spam check is switched on, it loads a script from Cloudflare (challenges.cloudflare.com). Cloudflare may use cookies or similar storage as part of that security check. You can read how Cloudflare describes this in its own documentation.
Hosting: this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which receives technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.
Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from a third-party font provider.
Links to other sites
If you follow links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or LinkedIn, those services may set their own cookies. We do not control them, so please check their cookie policies.
Your choices
Because we only use browser storage that the contact form needs to work safely, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add anything that needs your consent, such as analytics, we will ask before using it and update this page.
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading this website.

We will update this page if the way the website uses cookies or storage changes.
